Karina & David

There are moments in life that feel like coming full circle, and for me, photographing Karina and David’s wedding was exactly that. Growing up with Karina as my “little sister,” I’ve watched her transform into the beautiful, confident woman she is today. It was an incredible honor when David asked me to capture his proposal—and even more surreal when they both trusted me to document their wedding day at the stunning Stonehurst at Hampton Valley on March 9th, 2025.Despite the brisk Connecticut cold, love radiated through every moment of their special day. Karina’s timeless white floral décor perfectly matched the elegant charm of Stonehurst. The exquisite arrangements by New Leaf Florals made the ceremony space feel both classic and welcoming, setting a warm, romantic tone. Whitford Weddings & Events ensured every detail ran smoothly, orchestrating a celebration that was both cozy and grand at the same time.As Karina got ready, Taylor T Artistry worked magic, enhancing her natural beauty with a soft, radiant glow. The jitters and giggles shared between Karina and her bridal party took me back to our childhood sleepovers—except this time, she was preparing to walk down the aisle and marry the love of her life. Witnessing David’s face light up the moment he saw her reminded me why I love photography: capturing those heartfelt, fleeting moments that speak volumes of the love two people share. The reception was an absolute blast. DJae Melee set the dance floor on fire, playing the perfect mix to keep everyone on their feet well into the evening. Family and friends celebrated with abandon, cheering on this new chapter for Karina and David. Being there from the proposal to the wedding day and every sweet moment in between was a gift I’ll always cherish. Karina and David, thank you for letting me be part of your incredible story. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both—here’s to a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and endless love.
